Park Slope Parents know from running a company how hard it is to get negative feedback when you work so hard. ESPECIALLY when people may not understand what it takes to run a business. Our members give feedback and we provide this as a service. Unlike sites like YELP, though, we don't pick and choose which reviews to put up and take down. We add them all. So if you have a happy PSP member who wants to write a positive review it will be the latest review on the site and knock the "prominent" one to the second spot.
