FAQs About Managing Your Settings in Your Specialty Groups on Club Express

Club Express is where PSP houses our Baby, Pregnancy, and Specialty Groups (including Career Networking). We also refer to it as our membership site.

Here are the frequently asked questions about managing your membership settings.

 Can I sign up for a “digest” of messages rather than individual messages?

Yes. You’ll need to log into your profile (top right corner), go to Forum Membership, click the edit pencil and change the frequency to daily digests “full messages.” For further instructions check the website here.

What happens if I hit “reply” to a message I get?

The reply default is “group” rather than the individual. This is different than our big Yahoo! groups and is set that way since it’s a smaller, cozier group.

If the reply is “group,” how do I send a reply to an individual?

At the top of every message is a header with links to reply to the group, individual, or via the web interface. Use those!

How do I search messages and the archive of my specialty group?

The archives of your PSP Specialty Groups are filled with useful information. HERE is how to search the archives in 5 easy steps.

How do I see other messages that have posted?

Log into the membership site. Click on “Access my groups,” find the group and you’ll see the different messages. You can also SEARCH these messages if you’re looking for something.

How can I change my Profile Pic on Club Express?

How can I leave a baby, pregnancy or specialty group?

You have the option to remove themselves from the emails by clicking the opt out button at the bottom of each message. You can also go into your SETTINGS on Club Express, instructions HERE.
