  • Blueberries, strawberries, melons, kiwis
  • Cereals such as Cheerios or Kix
  • Fish sticks
  • Chicken filets
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Turkey burgers, beef burgers, lamb burgers
  • Pasta in small shapes
  • Hot dogs
  • Dr. Praeger's spinach pancakes and broccoli pancakes
  • Turkey meatloaf (ground turkey with chopped spinach baked in mini muffin pans and frozen so you can pop in the toaster oven).
  • Mashed potatoes (mix in peas, carrots, chopped spinach, or ground meat).
  • Sunflower seed butter and jelly on whole wheat bread
  • Organic turkey deli meat (cut on a thick setting)
  • String cheese
  • Stir-fried rice with scrambled eggs and peas ("Sometimes I throw in a little ground beef, too.")
