Snowed in?

We've got 22 top tips for snow days in Brooklyn, including:

-Bring extra gloves/mittens for when the first pair gets wet

-Plastic snowball makers are awesome

-The plastic chalk container makes a perfectly sized snow brick

-Fill squirt bottles with water and food coloring and spray it on the snow

-There nothing like a nice warm bath after a session in the snow!

Prefer to stay cozy at home?

Check out these At-Home Activities from our inventive members. Highlights include:

-Pillow maze/cushion gym: Arrange all of the cushions and pillows you have on the floor for a tumbling extravaganza.

-Sneaky Chip: Hide about 5–10 poker chips around the room (in okay-to-explore places) and have them look for them.

-Hold a fancy Tea Party: Don't forget to cut the crusts off the sandwiches!

-Home Olympics: Make up your own Olympic events and "judge" them.

-Bathtub paints: The bonus is that when you rinse the artwork off, you've cleaned your bathtub.
