- MusicationMy daughter has taken piano lessons with Musication for more than four years, starting when she was 3.5, and we have really just been so happy with how much she has learned, the quality of the lessons, the utter calm attitude they take toward practicing/recitals, and, lately, their Covid protocols. We started with in-person lessons, then went remote two years later when the pandemic hit. Musication didn't miss a beat, transitioning quickly to Zoom lessons and even fun (!) Zoom recitals. They've never stressed spending tons of time practicing, and as a result my kid practices voluntarily every school day, and invariably spends a chunk of time just playing around with sounds, chords, and pedals. When the pandemic lessened, they laid out clear, responsible and fact-guided standards for resumption of in-home lessons and also allowed for continued remote lessons. It's all driven by the choices of both the families and the teachers. Their office is organized, communications are clear, and the owner, Jeremy, is always readily accessible. My daughter loves her teacher and playing the piano. We're big fans!
